Just had Fireplace Services out to our house in Highlands Ranch yesterday. They did a great job of thoroughly cleaning our gas insert. I don't think it was ever cleaned since the home was built in 1998. Buck took apart all the components and made sure they were all cleaned. He explained potential issues with all the soot that had accumulated. Everything works great now. Couldn't be more satisfied. It was great to have someone do what they came for and not try to sell me something I didn't want. I would highly recommend Fireplace Services.

100% recommend Buck and Denver Flame! Buck came and cleaned multiple gas fireplaces and came back another time to clean up a gas fire-pit on our back patio. We honestly were thinking to replace prior to this and were utterly amazed how great they looked after they were cleaned up! Buck goes above and beyond, even repainting a few pieces that had worn down over their 20yr life. The flames themselves are SO MUCH cleaner and warm looking (warm yellow instead of more blue-ish) and honestly they all look BRAND NEW! Thank you so much Buck!! We will continue to use you guys in the future and recommend you to anyone who thinks they need to replace their gas fireplaces. No need with Denver Flame!

Over the past few years my wife has smelled natural gas as she walked through our family room to the kitchen. We've had the gas company come out, plumbers come out and no one found any leak. I don't have a sense of smell so we do have Natural Gas Alarms in the house but this time she called Buck at Denver Flame. He checked every possible place we could have a leak-furnace, hot water heater, gas stove, and fireplace. He took his time and really worked to find the leak - and it WAS in our fireplace, but not where all the gas lines were, it was in the upper part above the firebox where it attaches to the flue system. Our gas fireplace was original in the house, about 24 years old, but Buck diagnosed the problem. He gave us some recommendation on Fireplace shops and one of the salesmen we spoke to knew Buck and gave us a wholesale price so we bought a new gas fireplace and are having Buck install it. He came out the next day after we called him, took time to explain what we needed, and found him to be reliable and honest.
