We take pride in ensuring gas fireplaces around Denver, Colorado are clean & efficient, and provide the warm hearth of your home.

Buck Marsters

Buck was born in Susanville, California, and lived there until he was around eight years old. Then he moved to John Day, Oregon, where he stayed for eight more years before moving to Alaska. He joined the Navy for four years and was stationed aboard USS Nimitz. Then he moved back to Alaska for about ten years. In 1999, he moved to Colorado where he took a job with Spa Brokers. He received gas fireplace training at Heat-n-glo’s factory in Minnesota, Travis Industries in Washington and other local factory training. In 2003, he started Fireplace Services Denver Flame where he continues in ongoing training through manufacturers, the National Fireplace Institute, the Fireplace Inspection Research and Education Service and other professional training. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, camping and spending time with family and friends.

 

His commitment to quality sees him traveling to seven different states for specific, factory certified training from the following manufacturers:  Kozy Heat, Theilen, Flue-Sentinel, Regency and Home & Hearth Technologies (Heat&Glo)  and also serves as a board member of fthe Rocky Mountain Hearth, Patio and Barbeque Association.

TENELE CADAYONG

Tenele (pronounced "Teh-neel") is a lifelong resident of the Denver area, except for her time at college in Hawaii, where she met her husband. She came aboard Fireplace Services Denver Flame in 2009. She loves helping families with their fireplaces because of the way they make a home cozy and bring people together. In her free time, she be found hiking in the mountains or enjoying family activities.

Becky was raised in Lakewood and joined us in 2016, making our customer service even better. She enjoys spending time with family & friends. She also enjoys taking trips to the mountains with her kids and her husband of over 20 years

Our Story

We are committed to continuing our industry-specific training to improve our ability to serve you & your loved ones.​

Our customers depend on us to provide the service that keeps their gas fireplaces warm, beautiful, and safe. To do that, we need technicians with great customer care skills, and we’ll train the right person. Check out our job listing and apply below.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Job requires troubleshooting, service and repair of gas fireplaces in the Denver Metro area. Training and continuing education will be provided to learn the trade.

  • Must maintain a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Mechanical experience is helpful.

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

  • Ability to climb ladders and work on roofs

  • Must be drug free, including marijuana and subject to random drug testing

  • Appearance must be clean and neat. No visible tattoos and/or piercings

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills needed.​

 

PERKS:

  • After 90 days, we will evaluate for pay raise and benefits. This position has potential for an increase in compensation when more experience is achieved.
