Bookings, Cancellations, and Reschedules
Bookings are solely requests and are subject to confirmation. You will be contacted by our team to confirm the details of your request as well as the final schedule for your appointment.

Cancellations and reschedules are available if given at minimum 48 hours notice. Any reschedules or cancellations less than 48 hours notice are subject to a fee of $125. Minimum appointment rates are $279.​

Warranty, Terms & Conditions
Parts--All products sold by Fireplace Services Denver Flame carry the manufacturer's warranty.  These warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, and there are no additional warranties either expressed or implied by Fireplace Services. 

Labor---If the part that we installed or changed is defective, then there will be no additional labor charge for 6 months from the date of service.  If other parts prove to be or become defective, then labor charges will apply.

Terms--- A  fee of 24% APR from the due date will be applied to all late invoices past 14 days, plus a $25 late charge.   Undersigned agrees to pay all costs incurred, including reasonable attorney fees, in the collection of overdue invoices and cancellation fees.
